Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound inquiries, execute outbound calls, and support customers through various communication platforms while meeting established performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain customer information and complete transactions accurately in the system
- Respond to customer requests with compassion across multiple channels including phone, chat, and email
- Document all interactions and assist with scheduling appointments for Admissions representatives
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with customers
- Preferred: Associate's Degree
- Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a contact center
