Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time hourly Contact Center Representative will manage inbound inquiries, execute outbound calls, and support customers through various communication platforms while meeting established performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain customer information and complete transactions accurately in the system
  • Respond to customer requests with compassion across multiple channels including phone, chat, and email
  • Document all interactions and assist with scheduling appointments for Admissions representatives
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with customers
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a contact center
