Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the fully remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls with policyholders, assist with claims processing, and build rapport while meeting established quality goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to set up services directed by carrier partners
• Document claims accurately and move them forward as efficiently as possible
• Maintain professionalism while establishing trust with customers and colleagues

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience required
• Reliable high-speed home broadband internet service required
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime during high volume periods required
• Proficient with technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite and various applications
