Job Summary

Seeking a part-time hourly Contact Center Representative Trainee, this remote position will respond to inquiries from retirees, members, beneficiaries, and participating employers regarding post-retirement pension and benefit information while working flexible hours between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and written correspondence related to retirement benefits
  • Participate in virtual training sessions to gain knowledge about pension and benefit information
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with customers and team members
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of relevant experience in a high-volume customer service role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
