Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Architect to design and implement their Contact Center software platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Contact Center technologies and influence opportunity strategies
  • Design, configure, and deploy high-complexity projects while managing risks and ensuring solution quality
  • Lead a team of developers to enhance software and deliver high-quality solutions on time
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Zoom Contact Center and UC environments
  • 3+ years of software development experience, including coding and testing real-time systems
  • Experience with ASP.NET and related technologies
  • Knowledge of SIP Protocol, RESTful APIs, and cloud telephony integrations
