Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Consulting Solutions Engineer to guide enterprise customers through AI-first contact center transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions and technical demonstrations to translate business objectives into customer experience architectures
  • Design integrated solutions across CRM, AI virtual agents, and cloud services
  • Guide customers through migrations from on-premise to cloud and execute proofs of concept
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Technical Consulting roles
  • Experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Cloud Communications
  • Understanding of contact center ecosystems, including CRM integrations and REST APIs
  • Ability to discuss business outcomes and transformation strategies with executives
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) and analytics platforms
