Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Consulting Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions and technical demonstrations to create scalable customer experience architectures
  • Design integrated solutions across CRM, AI virtual agents, workforce engagement, and cloud services
  • Guide customers through complex migrations from on-premise to cloud, executing proofs of concept and architecture validations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Technical Consulting roles
  • Experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Customer Experience (CX), AI, or Cloud Communications
  • Understanding of contact center ecosystems, including CRM integrations and system integrations
  • Ability to discuss business outcomes and transformation strategies with executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM), Quality Management (QM), and analytics platforms
