Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Consulting Solutions Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and technical demonstrations to create scalable customer experience architectures
- Design integrated solutions across CRM, AI virtual agents, workforce engagement, and cloud services
- Guide customers through complex migrations from on-premise to cloud, executing proofs of concept and architecture validations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Technical Consulting roles
- Experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Customer Experience (CX), AI, or Cloud Communications
- Understanding of contact center ecosystems, including CRM integrations and system integrations
- Ability to discuss business outcomes and transformation strategies with executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM), Quality Management (QM), and analytics platforms
