Job Summary
Providing support in a remote environment, the full-time Contact Center Specialist 2 will manage routine and escalated calls, emails, and requests, assisting with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and financial clearance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to and resolves routine and escalated inquiries and complaints through various communication channels
- Ensures a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and coordinating immediate triage for emergent health situations
- Documents customer interactions and processes various documents to optimize service delivery and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service setting
- Proficiency in call center telephony and technology
- Ability to handle complex inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance
- Experience in training and mentoring junior staff members
