Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical support tickets for revenue cycle products
  • Ensure timely response to technical support requests within SLA
  • Identify trends in customer support requests and escalate as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in software technical support or healthcare insurance
  • Experience in customer support and issue resolution management
  • Ability to meet performance objectives and service level agreements
  • Ability to learn new technology and revenue cycle processes
  • High School Diploma or GED
