Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist II responsible for managing consumer interactions to ensure high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer consumer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Provide centralized scheduling services for clinics
  • Ensure patients can easily access their provider(s)
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience or competency in Contact Center Specialist I role for at least 6 months
  • Preferred: 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, or call center experience
  • Competency in required skills as a Contact Center Specialist I or equivalent
