Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-6 months of related experience
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Understanding of credit union products and services
  • Ability to handle member inquiries and resolve account issues effectively
  • Experience with time management and workload organization
