Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Care Contact Center Specialist to provide front-line support for service members and veterans needing mental health care assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line support for referrals, engagement, intakes, and case documentation
  • Execute contact center procedures for case tracking, routing, and escalations
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical/hospital call center
  • Minimum of one year of experience in triage, care management, or crisis counseling
  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish, both oral and written
  • Ability to handle inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Experience managing crisis situations and abusive calls effectively
