Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Care Contact Center Specialist to provide front-line support for service members and veterans needing mental health care assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support for referrals, engagement, intakes, and case documentation
- Execute contact center procedures for case tracking, routing, and escalations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical/hospital call center
- Minimum of one year of experience in triage, care management, or crisis counseling
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish, both oral and written
- Ability to handle inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Experience managing crisis situations and abusive calls effectively
