Job Summary
A company is looking for a Shared Services Contact Center Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chats, emails, and faxes from healthcare providers regarding authorizations, claims, and services
- Document interactions thoroughly and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries
- Guide providers through processes such as checking authorization status and submitting claims
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service role
- Knowledge of Medicare claims, Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases accurately
- Excellent organization and time management skills
