Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shared Services Contact Center Specialist (10am - 7pm EST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, emails, and faxes from healthcare providers regarding authorizations, claims, and general provider services
  • Document interactions thoroughly and ensure prompt, accurate follow-up on inquiries
  • Guide providers through processes such as checking authorization status and submitting claims
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare contact center or customer service role
  • Knowledge of Medicare claims, Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases accurately
  • Independent problem-solving and decision-making ability
