Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to establish professional member relationships and meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service to members through phone interactions, addressing inquiries and transactions
- Promote credit union products and services while identifying sales opportunities based on member needs
- Ensure security and compliance by following established procedures for member identification and transaction processing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months experience in a sales or customer service environment
- In-depth knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies
- Experience in a Contact Center or financial institution preferred
- Proficient in managing difficult customer interactions
- Ability to cross-sell products and services effectively
