Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to establish professional member relationships and meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary service to members through phone interactions, addressing inquiries and transactions
  • Promote credit union products and services while identifying sales opportunities based on member needs
  • Ensure security and compliance by following established procedures for member identification and transaction processing
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum six (6) months experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • In-depth knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies
  • Experience in a Contact Center or financial institution preferred
  • Proficient in managing difficult customer interactions
  • Ability to cross-sell products and services effectively
