Job Summary

To support a busy cardiology department, the full-time Contact Center Specialist will manage routine inbound calls, emails, and electronic requests, assisting with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and providing technical help while transitioning to remote work after initial training.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve routine inquiries, complaints, and concerns through various communication channels
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by focusing on satisfaction and resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to meet patients' needs and document all customer interactions accurately
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting
  • Basic understanding of customer service values and practices
  • Familiarity with call center telephony and technology is preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and computer navigation skills
