Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support, oversee, and manage team productivity and performance
  • Ensure calls are answered according to established KPIs
  • Provide ongoing education to agents on customer service techniques

Required Qualifications:
  • High school education required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7 years' experience in the Health Care field, with at least 2 years in a clinic front office
  • Proven ability to supervise a variety of people
