Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to the appropriate destination while meeting established metrics
- Process on-call requests and emergency calls using prescribed protocols
- Perform data entry tasks and provide information to the public about the organization
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of call or contact center experience or 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred
- Ability to handle stressful situations and function under pressure
