Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide information to transfer callers to the appropriate destination
  • Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify on-call providers and process calls with patient details
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist with emergency calls to maintain business continuity
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of call or contact center experience OR two years of customer service experience
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
