Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to appropriate destinations using established metrics and productivity standards
  • Process on-call provider requests and handle emergency calls while following prescribed protocols
  • Provide information to the public and perform data entry tasks related to patient information and contact directories
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of call or contact center experience or 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and function under pressure
