Contact Center Support Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to the appropriate destination while meeting productivity standards
• Process on-call provider requests and special protocols for various hospital services
• Perform data entry tasks and provide information to the public using electronic databases

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of call or contact center experience, or 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
• Ability to handle stressful situations and function under pressure
