Job Summary

To support patient-first healthcare, the full-time Contact Center Support Operator will manage inbound calls, provide information, and facilitate transfers for caregivers and patients in a remote role, working evenings from 3:00pm to 11:30pm with every other weekend and holiday.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and use databases to transfer callers to appropriate destinations
  • Navigate the QGenda on-call system to process on-call provider communications
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist with emergency calls to maintain business continuity
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of call center or telephone operator experience OR two years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Familiarity with electronic databases and call handling protocols
  • Residency in Northeast Ohio
