Job Summary
To support patient-first healthcare, the full-time Contact Center Support Operator will manage inbound calls, provide information, and facilitate transfers for caregivers and patients in a remote role, working evenings from 3:00pm to 11:30pm with every other weekend and holiday.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and use databases to transfer callers to appropriate destinations
- Navigate the QGenda on-call system to process on-call provider communications
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with emergency calls to maintain business continuity
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of call center or telephone operator experience OR two years of customer service experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with electronic databases and call handling protocols
- Residency in Northeast Ohio
