Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Systems Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Genesys Call Center infrastructure and related services
- Participate in projects to recommend, develop, and implement scalable solutions for Contact Center services
- Ensure initiatives support the corporate vision and provide seamless service delivery and support of the overall Genesys Call Center solution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in a large enterprise responsible for software operations and infrastructure support of a contact center environment (Genesys preferred; Cisco/Avaya considered)
- Experience with Genesys products and components, such as GVP, iWD, SIP Server, and call recording & analytics
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP network, MS IIS, and MS Windows Operating Systems
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks, scripting languages, and ability to work independently and as a team member
