  • Monitor call queues, agent assignments, and technical issues
  • Assist in training and continued education for the team

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required, advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in the Health Care field
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proven ability to train and audit others
