Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, contact center operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to manage a remote workforce
- Understanding of metrics and ability to address performance issues
