Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, contact center operations, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to manage a remote workforce
  • Understanding of metrics and ability to address performance issues
