Job Summary

Seeking a transformational technology executive, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President - Contact Center Technology will establish and direct the strategic technology vision for enterprise Contact Center operations, focusing on modernization and optimization of a cloud-native ecosystem while working remotely or from Nashville, TN.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for Genesys Cloud CX optimization and AI-enabled advancements
  • Lead the integration of conversational AI, virtual agents, and AI-driven routing within existing cloud platforms
  • Oversee modernization of digital messaging and omnichannel engagement architecture, ensuring compliance and security
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Contact Center technology and IT design
  • Proven experience in leading AI strategy and implementation in complex environments
  • 5+ years of experience with GCP/AWS cloud architecture and design patterns
  • Demonstrated experience with Genesys Cloud CX Platform and other contact center technologies
