Job Summary

Managing enterprise contact center technology and digital communication platforms, the fully remote Contact Center Technology Specialist will configure, optimize, and support applications, call routing strategies, IVR systems, and AI-driven communication tools while collaborating with operational leaders and vendors.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and troubleshoot contact center platforms, ensuring system integrity and optimal performance
  • Design and optimize IVR menus and call routing logic to enhance patient self-service experiences
  • Lead technology implementation projects, coordinating efforts between vendors and operational teams to ensure timely deployment
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 2+ years of experience supporting contact center technologies or operational technology platforms
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing technical projects or system enhancements
  • Healthcare or multi-site operational experience preferred
