Job Summary
Serving as the technical subject matter expert, the full-time Contact Center Technology Specialist will focus on the administration, configuration, and operational optimization of NICE CXone, collaborating with various teams to design integrations and enhance customer engagement technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain NICE CXone capabilities, including IVR, ACD, and routing strategies
- Implement and support CXone Studio scripts, workflows, automation, and AI-driven engagement capabilities
- Design and develop integrations between NICE CXone and enterprise systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3 or more years' experience with NICE CXone and cloud contact center solutions
- Proficiency in software development, including JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with CCaaS architecture and API integrations
- Existing knowledge or certifications related to NICE CXone and process automation technologies
