Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephony Engineer to manage and support telephony and voice infrastructure within a CCaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure Five9 contact center telephony environments
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound call flows
  • Manage dial plans, DID numbers, and support SIP trunking and carrier integrations
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Five9 administration or similar CCaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of telephony fundamentals including SIP, RTP, and PSTN
  • Experience troubleshooting voice and call-flow issues in production environments
  • Familiarity with carrier provisioning and number porting
  • Comfort operating in an incident-response or support-oriented environment
