Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Trainer to design and deliver training programs for contact center employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging training experiences to enhance employee capability and performance
  • Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and track employee performance
  • Develop digital learning solutions and maintain online training content
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in training, facilitation, or coaching
  • Proven experience delivering training programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data presentation tools
  • Experience using key systems such as Tropics, Genesys, and Salesforce
  • Experience in a reservations, training, or contact center role within travel or hospitality is a plus
