Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Trainer to design and deliver training programs for contact center employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training experiences to enhance employee capability and performance
- Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and track employee performance
- Develop digital learning solutions and maintain online training content
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in training, facilitation, or coaching
- Proven experience delivering training programs in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data presentation tools
- Experience using key systems such as Tropics, Genesys, and Salesforce
- Experience in a reservations, training, or contact center role within travel or hospitality is a plus
