Job Summary
To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time remote Contact Center Trainer will facilitate new hire training, conduct ongoing skill development sessions, and provide hands-on support while managing performance insights for Market Managers and Supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions, including New Hire Training and advanced skill development programs
- Conduct training on Market Knowledge Bases and specialty modules to ensure Care Navigators are well-informed
- Handle phone calls to stay updated on system changes, workflows, and best practices
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience in a training or teaching environment is preferred
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
