Job Summary
Leading a team of Contact Center Training Supervisors, the full-time salaried Contact Center Training Manager will ensure the delivery of effective training programs for associates and front-line leaders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of virtual and live training, ensuring engagement and adherence to adult learning principles
- Conduct regular audits of training quality and provide feedback to enhance training effectiveness
- Manage new hire onboarding and ongoing training activities, providing individualized support and coaching
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years of relevant functional/technical, leadership, and business experience
- 3 years of experience supervising and mentoring others
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
