Job Summary
Leading a team of Contact Center Training Supervisors, the full-time salaried Contact Center Training Manager will oversee the delivery of effective training programs, ensuring associates are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in customer interactions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the training delivery for new hires and ongoing learning activities within Contact Center Operations
- Conduct regular audits of training sessions to ensure quality and consistency, providing feedback to supervisors
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create and update training content based on operational needs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years of relevant functional/technical, leadership, and business experience
- 3 years of experience supervising and mentoring others
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
