Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Administrator, Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create external and internal Knowledge Base content
  • Develop agent training modules and ad-hoc communication content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Studio team for content creation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of technical copywriting experience in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with e-learning module creation is a plus
  • Organized with strong time management skills
