Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Content Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Subject Matter authors with content identification, development, and revisions
Create/Provide mature examples of professional grade content
Advise on content optimization, proficiency, and user interface (UI) / user experience (UX)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Mass Communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/M365 Applications
Familiarity with Six Sigma/DMAIC process improvement methodology
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Teams
Graphic design knowledge/experience
