Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit, the full-time Content and Communications Specialist will create and manage content strategies and execution across social media, LinkedIn, and website platforms to engage professionals and drive program applications, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with AAC's narrative, focusing on social media and website content to drive engagement and action
• Create compelling content across various formats, transforming complex information into accessible narratives that resonate with target audiences
• Analyze performance data to optimize content strategies and improve outreach effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in content strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on audience engagement
• Exceptional writing skills, capable of simplifying complex topics and motivating action
• Experience in building a brand's presence on LinkedIn or similar platforms, targeting professional audiences
• Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to enhance content effectiveness
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva for creating engaging visuals
