Content and Community Lead

Job Summary

To enhance Userflow's visibility and community engagement, the full-time Content, GEO & Community Lead will manage content strategy across various platforms, optimize for AI search, and cultivate community presence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own Userflow's visibility across AI search and generative discovery channels, developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy
• Manage the editorial calendar, write and edit content across multiple surfaces, and implement advanced AI-powered content workflows
• Build and enhance Userflow's community presence through innovative growth initiatives and advocate programs, including influencer relationships and customer advocacy

Required qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with a distinct point of view
• Hands-on experience with GEO or AEO, demonstrating an understanding of AI search optimization
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content workflows, including briefing, drafting, and editing
• Creative and experimental mindset with a willingness to take bold distribution bets
• Experience in B2B SaaS, with familiarity in product-led growth (PLG) companies being a plus
