Job Summary
Supporting enterprise correspondence management and content initiatives, the full-time Content and Compliance Analyst will manage official correspondence processing, quality assurance, and SharePoint content administration in a remote capacity, ideally located in the DMV area for occasional meetings in DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming official correspondence, including data entry and metadata tracking across various platforms
- Review and edit draft correspondence and official responses for government review to ensure quality and compliance
- Manage updates to internal SharePoint sites, ensuring alignment with strategic frameworks and accessibility standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in Federal correspondence management or records management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong editing, proofreading, and technical writing skills, particularly in producing administrative guides
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
