Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content and Learning Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve work intake processes for clarity and alignment across teams
• Develop and maintain tools for capacity planning, resource allocation, and prioritization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain an effective content operations roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management; or business operations
• Experience implementing productivity frameworks such as Agile, Kanban, Sprint, and Scrum
• Experience managing operational platforms like JIRA, CMS, and LMS content libraries
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau
• Knowledge of AI governance, prompt engineering, and natural language processing (NLP) evaluation is a valuable asset
