Content and Storytelling Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of strategic narratives, the full-time remote Content and Storytelling Manager will create compelling content that communicates transformation progress and business value while overseeing enterprise-wide communications and storytelling frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise transformation narrative and storytelling framework
• Create and produce enterprise-wide communications including newsletters, leadership updates, and associate communication campaigns
• Translate complex business initiatives into audience-specific messaging and stories to engage stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
• 3+ years of people leadership experience or experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams or governance forums
• Demonstrated success in translating complex business strategies into clear narratives for diverse audiences
