Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director Content & UX Strategist, Digital Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead content and UX strategy across corporate digital experiences and the mobile app
  • Lead and develop a team of content publishers and UX designers, balancing hands-on guidance with strategic direction
  • Develop scalable content frameworks and messaging architectures to enable consistency and personalization at enterprise scale
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 9+ years of experience in content strategy, content writing, UX strategy, or product experience
  • Demonstrated success leading content and UX strategy teams for enterprise scale websites and mobile applications
  • Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and enterprise content management systems
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred
