Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Director Content & UX Strategist (Digital Customer Experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead content and UX strategy across corporate digital experiences and mobile app
- Lead and develop a team of content publishers and UX designers
- Develop scalable content frameworks and messaging architectures for consistency and quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content writing, UX strategy, or product experience
- Demonstrated success leading content and UX strategy teams for enterprise-scale websites and mobile applications
- Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and content management systems
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries is preferred
