Content and Video Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic, video-forward content leader, the full-time salaried Manager, Content & Video Strategy will shape Redzone's digital presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and X, transforming existing content into platform-native formats to enhance audience engagement and drive pipeline growth while working remotely in the United States with minimal travel.

Key responsibilities

• Define content mix and publishing cadence across various platforms, optimizing existing assets for engagement
• Manage day-to-day strategy and execution of organic social media channels to cultivate an active online presence
• Lead video content strategy, ensuring effective storytelling and platform performance while overseeing YouTube channel growth

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content strategy, digital marketing, or social media, preferably in SaaS or industrial tech
• Demonstrated expertise in video strategy and channel growth, particularly on YouTube
• Deep understanding of organic social platform dynamics across LinkedIn, Meta, and X
• Experience in supporting account-based marketing programs with targeted content strategies
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing performance data and audience insights to inform content strategy
