Content Architect

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative digital learning experiences, the remote Content Architect will manage the creation of structured content models, develop content specifications, and enhance operational efficiency for simulations and autograded activities in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured content models and technical standards for various digital learning experiences
• Create and review content specifications and storyboards to ensure alignment with instructional goals and technical requirements
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to guide the development of digital content, ensuring quality and accessibility standards are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, or related fields
• Proven experience in designing structured content models and scalable content frameworks for digital learning platforms
• Strong ability to translate complex instructional concepts into organized, implementation-ready solutions
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and training stakeholders on content standards
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility standards, along with proficiency in AI-enabled tools for content development
