Content Automation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Content Automation Specialist will automate production, indexing, and validation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy using rule-based client software and generative AI technology.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and fine-tunes a rule-based automated indexing system to accurately assign index terms from the Thesaurus of Psychological Index Terms
• Participates in the analysis of automated indexing data and suggests changes to improve accuracy based on feedback and statistics
• Contributes to the development and implementation of indexing, classification, and checktag guidelines and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology or a closely related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience with rule-based and/or generative AI technologies in indexing and process automation
• Knowledge of PsycInfo indexing rules and the Thesaurus of Psychological Index Terms is strongly preferred
• Experience with information retrieval systems and practices, including Boolean search strategies
• Familiarity with semantic analysis and machine learning tools
