Content Automation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and strategic Content Automation Specialist, this remote contract position will design scalable evaluation systems and automated testing workflows to enhance content quality across Microsoft 365 and Copilot experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable testing and evaluation frameworks for content and AI-generated experiences
• Develop and implement automated testing workflows and tools to reduce manual effort
• Analyze testing metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, or systems development
• Strong experience with Python and automation tooling
• Experience with Copilot, VSCode, and AI tooling
• Experience building testing frameworks or workflow automation solutions
