Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Claims Coordinator to manage claim files and ensure quality and efficiency in the claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee claim files from intake to delivery, focusing on quality and cycle time
  • Manage tasks necessary for successful claim assignments and collaborate with various business units
  • Provide customer service through Live Chat & Hotline and assist with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Property and Casualty claim knowledge is helpful
  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including late shifts and overtime
