Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Claims Coordinator to manage claim files and ensure quality and efficiency in the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee claim files from intake to delivery, focusing on quality and cycle time
- Manage tasks necessary for successful claim assignments and collaborate with various business units
- Provide customer service through Live Chat & Hotline and assist with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Property and Casualty claim knowledge is helpful
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including late shifts and overtime
