Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content & Communications Manager to lead customer-facing communication strategies and create compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage customer communication plans, including in-app messaging and email campaigns
  • Develop messaging that influences retention and growth, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with Product, Brand, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align communication strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer communications and content creation, preferably in SaaS or HR tech
  • Proven ability to influence retention and growth through effective communication
  • Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with in-app messaging tools, Salesforce, and HubSpot
