Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content & Communications Manager to lead customer-facing communication strategies and create compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage customer communication plans, including in-app messaging and email campaigns
- Develop messaging that influences retention and growth, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with Product, Brand, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align communication strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of experience in customer communications and content creation, preferably in SaaS or HR tech
- Proven ability to influence retention and growth through effective communication
- Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with in-app messaging tools, Salesforce, and HubSpot
