Content Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Compliance Manager - OTC Supplements and Cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance content review for all OTC supplement and cosmetic assets
• Ensure all claims are truthful, not misleading, and properly substantiated in compliance with FDA, FTC, and other regulatory requirements
• Provide proactive guidance to Marketing and Product/Clinical teams to enable compliant messaging early and reduce rework

Qualifications

• PharmD, JD, MS, or equivalent regulatory/compliance experience
• 3+ years of experience in dietary supplement, cosmetic, or OTC product compliance
• Strong knowledge of DSHEA, OTC labeling and advertising regulations, and FDA/FTC enforcement of supplements and cosmetics
• Ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and influencer/affiliate programs preferred
