Content Coordinator

Job Summary

To shape engaging content experiences across productivity and creative applications, the contract Content Coordinator will curate and optimize content collections, analyze performance data, and develop curation strategies while working remotely for a duration of three months.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and optimize content collections to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Analyze content performance metrics and evaluate quality to inform future content investments
• Develop scalable frameworks and methodologies for content curation and evaluation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, curation, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of CMS experience managing large-scale digital content collections
• 3+ years of data analytics experience using performance metrics to drive recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and customer-centered design
