Key Responsibilities

Create engaging learning experiences to enhance operational effectiveness
Design and develop various educational materials, including eLearning modules and instructor-led training
Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to produce high-quality work products

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing learning programs for regulated industries
Experience with instructional design tools and visual design skills
Experience working in a regulated environment (GxP)
Ability to improve existing content
BS/BA degree required; advanced degree or instructional design certification is a plus
